Making a claim
If you want to make a claim.
Then Jobcentre Plus will send you a questionnaire. The questionnaire will ask you. How your illness or disability affects your day to day life.
Or how it may stop you from working.
You need to complete the questionnaire. Before the deadline, they gave you.
You will be required to include. Original copies of medical reports. Or anything relevant.
After you send back the questionnaire.
A Work Capability Assessment will be carried out. If the assessment shows, that you can work. Then your benefits will stop.
If the assessment shows, that you can’t work. Then you will be eligible for ESA. Or another type of benefit.
